Every parish is a legal corporation, presided over by the Bishop as President, his Vicar General as Vice President, its Pastor and two Trustees, as Board Members. Accordingly, St. Paul’s Parish is a Corporation with Bishop Scharfenberger as President, Fr. David Berberian as Vice President, Fr. Frisoni as Secretary and two Trustees. Trustees sign all important Documents and Financial Reports, are members of every Parish Organization by virtue of their Office and advisors to the Pastor. The term of office of a Parish Trustee is three years with their appointment confirmed by our Bishop.
